This page explains what happens to your information when you use qolfit.net, including the affiliate interest form and the course pages. It describes the website only.

What this website collects
Reading this site does not require an account, and we do not ask you to identify yourself to read any page.
If you send the interest form to become an affiliate, the form asks for your organization's name, type, address and website; the name, email address and phone number of a primary contact; and your answers to questions about your organization, its programs and its staff.
If QoLFit enrolls you in a course, you receive a personal link to it. The course page records how far you have gone, your quiz score and the time you have spent.
What happens to an interest form
When you press send, your interest form is encrypted inside your own web browser before it leaves your device, using a key that only QoLFit holds. The computer that carries it stores it in that encrypted form and cannot read it. Only QoLFit can open it.
We use your interest form to review it and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Your course link and your progress
Your personal link identifies your enrollment, not you: your name is not part of it, and the course page never sends your name anywhere. Your progress is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. A short progress report (which course, how far you are, your quiz score and time spent) is encrypted in your browser and sent to QoLFit, which matches it to the person it enrolled.
Anyone who has your link can open your course, so please keep it to yourself.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel, and no profile built about you. The only thing the site keeps in your browser is your place in a course, and clearing your browser's data removes it.
Things on this site that come from elsewhere
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on some pages, so Google can see that your browser asked for them.
- The computer that serves this website keeps ordinary server logs, including visitors' IP addresses, as any web host does.
When you follow a link away from this site, such as to the Day One Fitness website, you are on somebody else's website, under their privacy policy, not this one.
Children
This website is for organizations and the adults who work with them. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
What QoLFit keeps, and asking for it
Most of what this page describes stays in your own browser. What QoLFit itself keeps, in its own encrypted records, is an interest form once it arrives (your organization's details and the contact person's name, email and phone) and, if you take a course, your enrollment and the progress reports matched to your name.
If you would like a copy of what QoLFit keeps about you, or would like it deleted, email us and we will take care of it:
